StatSheet Projects Buffalo as CBI Team: 03/10/2012

StatSheet now projects Buffalo will go to the CBI. The Bulls are #79 in the StatSheet StatRank with a 19-10 overall record and a 12-4 record in the MAC.

During the last four games, Buffalo picked up a quality win against RPI #50 Akron and wins against Bowling Green and Miami (OH) but also dropped one against RPI #68 Ohio.

Buffalo is stable against strong competition, with a 3-8 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes a 2-2 record against the RPI Top 50 but an 0-1 record against AP ranked teams. While the Bulls have two quality wins including RPI #50 Akron (2 wins), they're also hampered by two bad losses including RPI #107 Kent State and RPI #246 Miami (OH).

The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Marshall (21-12, 9-7 C-USA, StatRank #37), Virginia (22-9, 9-7 ACC, StatRank #55), Texas (20-13, 9-9 Big 12, StatRank #54), and Miami (FL) (19-12, 9-7 ACC, StatRank #58).

The first four teams out are Brigham Young (25-8, 12-4 West Coast, StatRank #47), Oregon (22-9, 13-5 Pac 12, StatRank #59), Seton Hall (20-12, 8-10 Big East, StatRank #71), and Washington (21-10, 14-4 Pac 12, StatRank #74).

The next four out are Colorado (22-11, 11-7 Pac 12, StatRank #70), Iona (25-7, 15-3 MAAC, StatRank #46), Mississippi State (21-11, 8-8 SEC, StatRank #74), and Xavier (20-11, 10-6 A-10, StatRank #49).
